Conflict Resolution, Peacemaking and Nonviolence
European-Sudanese Public Affairs Council (ESPAC), was originally established in 1998 in London as the British-Sudanese Public Affairs Council. It is privately-funded and conducts advocacy, education and media projects with objectives that include working towards peace and reconciliation in Sudan.

International Humanitarian Law (IHL)
International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The ICRC has been in Khartoum, Sudan, since 1978 in response to the conflict in Ethiopia, and since 1984 has had operations regarding the internal conflict between government forces and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement/Army in the South of Sudan. ICRC promotes respect for humanitarian law by parties to conflict.
